Base Case Labs is a software engineering consultancy that embeds directly with product teams. We write production code, ship features, and improve infrastructure, working as a seamless extension of your engineering organization.

Built a complete credits/loyalty MVP for a live voting platform , from database schema design through UI. Implemented feature-flagged rollout using GrowthBook, race condition protection for concurrent credit operations, and dynamic pricing tied to vote bundle configurations. Shipped to production with zero downtime.
CI/CD Pipeline Optimization
Cut CI pipeline from 18 minutes to 7 minutes by diagnosing root causes: removed counterproductive Webpack cache layers, implemented per-test database isolation to eliminate flaky tests, and optimized GitHub Actions parallelism. Result: faster developer feedback loops and more reliable deployments.
E2E Testing Framework
Designed and built a Playwright-based E2E testing framework with a credential matrix covering 16 user scenarios across free, premium, and admin roles. Automated test execution across Chrome and mobile Safari with parallel execution and structured reporting.
